Also considering burning the Ferrari, because they usually burn themselves anyway.

I would have to say the Ferrari would be far more comfortable in it's natural environment, i.e., on fire, than the other two. Therefore, just take the other two and alternate every other day!

I'd for sure DD the Alfa. Mostly because I can't burn it and don't want to track it.

I'd track the Rally 308 because I've always wanted a Rally 308 in Alitalia livery.

I'd fake the Stratos' death and stash it in Switzerland.
